Rental Essentials
Six things every renter needs to understand. No fine print — just the conditions that protect you and your rental.
Responsible Driving
- Check engine oil, coolant, and brake fluid before each journey — ideally daily.
- Monitor all warning lights and instrument panel gauges while driving.
- If a warning light appears: stop safely, switch off the engine, and call us.
- Ignoring dashboard warnings that cause mechanical damage makes you fully liable for repair costs.
24-Hour Rental Basis
- Every rental runs on a 24-hour clock from the recorded dispatch time.
- Office hours are 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, seven days a week.
- Example: pickup at 10:00 AM → return by 10:00 AM the next day.
- Returns must fall within office hours — plan your return accordingly.
Vehicle Return Condition
- Return the vehicle at the same fuel or charge level as at dispatch.
- EV shortfall charge: NPR 10 per percentage point below dispatch level.
- Vehicle must be reasonably clean — NPR 1,000 wash fee if returned dirty.
- You are liable for all external damage (scratches, dents, broken mirrors) regardless of fault.
Late Return Fees
A 30-minute grace period is included at no charge.

Extension Policy
Extensions must be confirmed by us before your return time.

KM Limit & Overage
Allowance is cumulative across the full rental — use more on some days, less on others.

Over-limit charge: from NPR 20 per km beyond your cumulative allowance. Exact rate varies by vehicle and is confirmed at booking.
Early Return & Cancellation
Early Return — charges on unused days
If you return the vehicle before the agreed end date, a charge applies based on how many days are unused. Calculated at the originally agreed daily rate.

Before Pickup — cancellation refund
If you need to cancel before collecting the vehicle, the refund depends on how much notice you give. Cancellations must be confirmed by our team.
