Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. This policy explains our cancellation and refund process for all Rolling Wheels Nepal bookings.

Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellations must be made by calling us at 9847694250 or emailing info@rollingwheelsnepal.com. Cancellation is confirmed only when acknowledged by our team.

How to Cancel

1. Call us at 9847694250 (available 7 am – 7 pm every day)
2. Provide your booking reference number
3. Receive a cancellation confirmation from us
4. Refund processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Refund Processing

Refunds are returned to the original payment method:

• eSewa — refunded within 3–5 business days
• Khalti — refunded within 3–5 business days

We do not charge any processing fee for eligible refunds.

Cancellation by Rolling Wheels Nepal

In rare circumstances (vehicle breakdown, force majeure), we may need to cancel a confirmed booking. In such cases:

• We will notify you as early as possible
• You will receive a full refund within 3 business days
• We will make every effort to find a suitable alternative vehicle

Vehicle Damage & Early Returns

• Early returns are non-refundable for the remaining days
• If the vehicle is returned with damage beyond normal wear, repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit
• Fuel costs apply if the vehicle is not returned with the agreed fuel level

Modifications to Bookings

Booking modifications (date changes, vehicle upgrades) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Please call us at 9847694250 to arrange changes.
