Why rent by the hour

Pay for the hours you drive

Each hour costs one eighth of the vehicle's inside-valley day rate. A 3-hour errand costs roughly 3/8 of a day — not a whole one.

Never more than a day

Keep the car 8 hours or longer and the price simply stops at the normal daily rate. An hourly booking can never cost more than booking the day.

Self-drive, no chauffeur

The same cars, the same freedom as our daily rentals. Drive yourself, on your own schedule.

Same-day, no overnight commitment

Collect and return between 7 AM and 7 PM on the same day. Nothing to plan around the next morning.

All taxes included

The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden charges added at the counter.

The whole valley

Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur, plus valley-rim trips like Nagarkot and Chandragiri.

  • If a late return causes us to cancel another customer's booking, the full daily rate may be charged instead.
  • Please call us as early as possible if you expect to be delayed.

Fuel and condition

  • Vehicles are supplied with a recorded fuel level and must be returned at the same level. Any shortfall is charged at the prevailing pump rate plus a refuelling fee.

Driver requirements

  • A valid Nepali driving licence, or a valid international driving permit alongside your national licence, is required.
  • The minimum age shown on each vehicle's page applies to hourly rentals as well.
  • Only the named renter may drive the vehicle.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 12 hours before pick-up are refunded in full.

Traffic offences and damage
